Semi-Automatic 4-CCD Alignment Exposure Machine

A semi-automatic 4-CCD LED exposure machine that reads the panel fiducials and auto-registers the film to ±5µm — the step up from manual pin alignment.

Double-Side Exposure

Four cameras align the film for you

The GE-4CCD600 puts four CCD cameras over the panel to find the fiducial marks and shift the film into register automatically, hitting about ±5µm before each exposure. That removes the operator guesswork of pin alignment and keeps registration steady even when panels vary slightly. It runs a 365–420nm LED cold-light source, draws under 5 kWh per hour, and is aimed at PCB solder mask and outer-layer circuit where consistent alignment matters more than top speed.

FAQ

Semi-Automatic 4-CCD Alignment Exposure Machine — common questions

Each camera looks at a fiducial/target on the panel; the system measures the offset and moves the film so the artwork lands on the copper within about ±5µm — automatically, before exposing.

It is semi-automatic: the operator loads the panel and film, the machine handles alignment and exposure. For higher registration and double-side simultaneous exposure, step up to the 8-CCD model.

PCB solder mask and outer-layer circuit exposure where consistent fine registration matters — it removes the variation you get from manual pin alignment.

Under 5 kWh per hour thanks to the LED cold-light source — far less than mercury-lamp exposure of the same area.
