Electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical, architecture and decoration — our metal etching equipment shapes them all.
GE supplies every machine in the chain — so your patterns move from artwork to finished metal without a single bottleneck.
Brushing & cleaning lines remove oxide and oil for perfect resist adhesion.
Photoresist laminating or coating machines apply a uniform light-sensitive film.
Single & double-sided exposure machines transfer artwork with sharp registration.
Spray developing machines reveal the pattern, ready for etching.
Horizontal spray etching machines dissolve metal precisely with FeCl₃ or CuCl₂.
Resist stripping machines remove the film cleanly after etching.
Plating, colour-fill & polishing lines add the final look and protection.
Drying ovens and washing lines deliver clean, ready-to-ship parts.
Since 2003 we have built only photochemical etching equipment — depth, not breadth.
Precision vertical & horizontal etching machines for SMT, gratings and encoder masks.
Size, automation and chemistry tailored to your part, throughput and floor space.
One vendor for the whole line — pre-treatment, exposure, etching, stripping and finishing.
We hand over working know-how, not just hardware — chemistry, parameters and maintenance.
Shipped to the USA, Japan, Australia, Europe and beyond, with remote & on-site service.
An etching machine sprays or immerses a metal sheet in an etchant — such as ferric chloride (FeCl₃) or cupric chloride (CuCl₂) — to selectively dissolve the unmasked areas and reproduce a precise pattern. It is the core of photochemical machining and is used for PCBs, nameplates, precision parts and decorative panels.
Stainless steel, copper, brass, beryllium copper, aluminium, nickel, mild and high-carbon steel and more. Achievable tolerances reach ±0.01 mm on our precision vertical etching machines.
Yes — turnkey lines covering pre-treatment, resist coating, exposure, developing, etching, stripping and surface finishing. We also provide installation and full process training so your team can run it from day one.
Absolutely. Etch width, length, automation level and chemistry are all configurable — from compact laboratory etching machines to 1500×3000 mm huge-plate lines and continuous reel-to-reel systems.
We have exported etching machines to the USA, Japan, Australia, Europe and 30+ countries, serving enterprises, government, defence and research institutes — with remote and on-site technical support.
